The Mansion's tranquil setting within Wakehurst Place provides an inspiring surrounding for your next corporate event.

For away days and meetings, the Gallery and Dining Room can be setup in a variety of ways to suit your individual requirements and the rooms can be used in conjunction with one another.

The Gallery accommodates 60 delegates in theatre or 50 cabaret style whilst the Dining Room can accommodate the same amount of delegates in the same setup styles.

Please be aware that AV equipment is not included in your venue hire and that you are required to use our approved supplier for your AV requirements. Please see our list of approved suppliers.

A buffet or sit down lunch can be served in either room and the spaces can also be utilised to create break out rooms.

Delegates can also take advantage of the Millennium Seed Bank and beautiful Gardens by organising guided tours for an additional fee.

The Mansion can provide a unique setting for corporate dinners and celebrations with the Gallery and Dining Room being able to accommodate up to 120 guests for a standing reception.

Either Room is able to accommodate 60 guests for Dining with an overall capacity for 120 over the two adjoining rooms.

Please note that numbers are based on 5'6 ft round tables with a maximum of 10 guests per table.

(Timings 8:00am- 12:00pm or 1:30pm-5:30pm)

Saturdays £1950 plus VAT
Half Day £1350 plus VAT
